Overview
In this specialisation you will develop your knowledge of Astrophysics through advanced coursework; you will also have the option to undertake elective coursework in other subject areas relevant to career development in Astrophysics.
Studies will be chosen from a variety of topics including: Computational astrophysics (compulsory), Advanced observational astronomy, Stellar astrophysics, Data analysis, Dynamics in contemporary astrophysics, General relativity & cosmology, High energy astrophysics, Radiation astrophysics, Order of magnitude astrophysics, Advanced general relativity, Machine learning and Special topics in contemporary astrophysics
In addition to advanced coursework studies, you will complete a research project in theoretical astrophysics, computational astrophysics or observational astronomy.
