The Digital economy major equips you with the economic, strategic and digital frameworks needed to thrive in increasingly automated, networked and data-rich global markets. You will study digital platforms, online advertising, network effects, firm strategy, competition, AI, data analytics, digital assets, user data patterns, privacy, digital media and technology-driven business change. Combining economics, management, marketing, social science and practical digital fluency, the major develops your critical thinking, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills while encouraging responsible, inclusive and globally aware decision-making. You will be prepared for roles in digital market analysis, platform strategy, technology consulting, policy advisory work, media communication and tech-sector product management.
