Overview
This Health Law & Community specialisation equips you to develop a thorough theoretical and practical grounding in health and community law and to expand your expertise by pursuing new areas of study or explore existing knowledge at a deeper level. You can choose from a range of units covering a range of subject areas, including health and medical law, family law and family dispute resolution and other areas of law with a specific focus on vulnerable members of the community, including women and children. This specialisation should be of interest to lawyers practising in the fields of health and family law and also to health professionals, health administrators, government officers, health advocates and others seeking a deeper understanding of legal and regulatory issues arising within the health and community sector.
