Overview
Management merges technical expertise, management experience, and scientific evidence to resolve complex organisational, workplace, and employee well-being challenges. You will design a major independent research project to investigate a research question of your choice using an academic lens. You will also collect and analyse data through rigorous empirical analysis, and interpret these findings to provide an answer to your chosen question. Through this honours year, you will explore contemporary management challenges and sharpen the skills employers value most - strategic thinking, problem-solving, critical evaluation, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and persuasive communication skills. This curriculum prepares you to drive an evidence-based approach to solving management issues such as leadership, innovation and sustainability, leading directly to premium careers in corporate strategy, policy consultancy, leadership positions, and/or academia.
