This specialisation focuses on the diverse skill set needed to manage projects and programs across multiple sectors. You’ll learn how to critically analyse project environments from managing people and stakeholders to communications, culture and politics. The specialisation encourages an evidentiary and interdisciplinary approach to critical thinking and problem solving. Theory and practical strategies will be applied to projects in corporate, government and not for profit sectors.
