Overview
The Public Sector Governance and Regulation specialisation equips students to develop a thorough theoretical and practical grounding in laws relevant to government and the processes and products of government regulation. Students can choose from units covering diverse subject areas, including public law, regulatory studies, corporate governance, freedom of information and privacy, charters of human rights, digital law and international economic law.
