Overview
The Taxation minor provides you with foundational knowledge of taxation and legal principles within the broader business and regulatory environment. It complements a primary area of study by developing an understanding of how tax laws influence business operations, financial decision-making, and compliance obligations. The minor comprises four units covering areas such as personal and business taxation, corporations law, banking law, insolvency law, corporate crime, sustainability regulation, employment law, and international trade law.
