Double degree courses include all the features of the component degree courses, except that electives may be reduced. 

This course is structured in four parts: Parts A. and Part B. focus on Master of Marketing and Digital Communications studies. Part C. and Part D. focus on Master of Cultural and Creative Industries studies.

Part A. Core studies - Marketing and Digital Communications
These studies draw on best practices within the broad realm of communications and marketing practice and research to further your understanding of communications and marketing systems both locally and globally. These studies engage with theoretical and industry-based perspectives to provide an understanding of how organisations can connect and engage with their different stakeholders to achieve specific communication and marketing objectives. Studies focus on the opportunities and challenges posed by the emergence of digital media, globalisation and increasing levels of cross-cultural exchange. The impact of technological change on marketing and communication behaviour will also be critically analysed.

Part B. Applied studies - Marketing and Digital Communications
The emphasis of these studies is professional and project work, focused locally or globally, that can contribute to a portfolio of professional development. In this part of the program you can also undertake higher level research.

Part C. Core studies - Cultural and Creative Industries
These studies provide you with foundation knowledge and skills in the field of cultural and creative industries at a graduate level. They will immerse you in cultural and creative industries studies and provide you with the opportunity to apply specialised understanding of the field in real world settings. They draw on best practices within the broad field of cultural and creative industries studies practice and research to further your understanding of the complex ecosystem in which cultural and economic goals and dynamics combine in ways that transgress traditional disciplinary and policy boundaries.

Part D. Applied studies - Cultural and Creative Industries
The focus of these studies is professional or scholarly work that can contribute to a portfolio of professional development.
