In this double master's degree, you'll develop your management capabilities as well as gain advanced insight in investment management, corporate financial decision making, sustainable finance, machine learning and big data.
By studying these complementary fields, your specialist management skills will enable you to to develop solutions to complex management problems in a digital world. Together with advanced financial and investment skills, you'll also be prepared for a wide range of leadership and HR roles in banking, asset management, financial regulators and other players in the financial sector.

Master of Management
The Master of Management is structured in two parts, Part A. Mastery knowledge and Part B. Electives. In the double degree course you complete:
Part A. Mastery knowledge
These units will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of core management principles, contemporary practice and leadership and their impact on multi-discipline decision-making in organisations. These units will develop your capacity as an innovative future-ready professional who is able to apply specialist knowledge to complex management issues.
Master of Advanced Finance
The Master of Advanced Finance is structured in two parts, Part A. Mastery knowledge and Part B. Electives. In the double degree course you complete:
Part A. Mastery knowledge
These units will develop your understanding of the finance discipline and will enable you to provide discipline-based solutions within a business, professional or public context.
These units will introduce current thinking and knowledge of new structures in the financial markets such as environmental finance, financial technology, behavioural finance and big data. It will provide the opportunity to undertake units which will prepare you for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exams.
Depending upon prior qualifications, students may receive credit for part of the course.

Monash Level A, that is: IELTS (Academic): 6.5 overall (no band lower than 6.0); or Pearson Test of English (Academic): score of 58 overall with no band lower than 50; or TOEFL Internet-based test: score of 79 overall with minimum scores: Writing: 21, Listening: 12, Reading: 13 and Speaking: 18; or Equivalent approved English test.
