Overview

The Graduate Certificate of Behaviour Change is a practical, impact-oriented six-month (equivalent) course which equips you with behavioural perspectives for problem solving and practical introduction and application of frameworks, tools and research methods from cutting-edge practice level. These prepare you to initiate, accelerate or alter change pathways for societal, environmental and economic challenges, particularly focused at the individual scale. The course considers the role that incremental change plays in creating transformative outcomes across a range of scales, from local to systemic.

The course requires you to complete three prescribed units in behavioural change and intervention design and evaluation, and additional six credit points from a list of behaviour change studies units.

Core studies

These units establish the core concepts, skills, theories and methodologies required to research and practise behavioural change in complex contexts. Together they provide a comprehensive toolkit to develop and apply a solution-focus to any sustainable development or societal challenge.
