Synopsis
In this unit you will explore the communicative and cultural nature of new media technologies, and the creative use of digital technology to advance human knowledge to enable democratic processes and to facilitate social change. You will learn new media perspectives on a variety of design and communication strategies tied to a range of social and cultural issues, and learn from organisations and their leaders to gain a real-world perspective on these issues. Throughout the semester, you will also learn the basics for designing a communication campaign.
