Synopsis
In this unit you will underpin your interest in practice-based research with focused training in research design, methods and modes of representation. You will explore the key concepts and processes involved in practice-based research and examine a variety of methodologies and modes for representing research outcomes. You will focus on the process of practice-based research from design through communicating outcomes, and develop skills in integrating creative practice and writing. You will design a detailed proposal for your own practice-based research topic before embarking on the research component.
