European-language intellectuals such as Arendt, Benjamin, Derrida, Gramsci and Kristeva have played a vital role in shaping our understanding of culture. This unit explores how intellectuals have exposed dominant ideologies, critiqued power, and transformed our perceptions and ways of communicating.
