Overview
The unit is an advanced reading course that grounds students in contemporary disciplinary debates in the social sciences and humanities. Students will evaluate the epistemological and empirical bases for a range of key theories and situate them in the context of their wider disciplines. Students will also be introduced to the fundamentals of conducting high impact research.
