Overview

In an era when your fridge automatically orders your food, customer service is provided by chatbots, and entire business deals are negotiated digitally, it is increasingly important to be able to develop agile communication approaches to develop and maintain effective business relationships.

In a 21st century environment, organisations will require boundary spanners who can integrate and leverage specialist knowledge and capabilities sourced throughout an organisation to achieve sustainable organisational goals. This unit will explore the nature and form of communication across both internal and external business relationships and between the organisation and its various stakeholders, such as suppliers, customers, governments, markets and other communities.
