Integrative thinking in a dynamic world
BEX2500
Synopsis
We live in a complex, fast-moving world where change is the only constant. In order to succeed it is important for both individuals and organisations to evaluate options and then make decisions confidently and quickly. In this unit you will be given the opportunity to work toward becoming a critical and creative scholar who can explore and analyse different approaches to thinking, decision making and problem solving. Drawing on your existing knowledge, you will learn to apply integrative and multidisciplinary methods to address wicked (complex) problems that cannot easily be solved. You will also be supported as you reflect on the skills you have learned and how they can contribute to developing a growth mindset and future career success.
