In this unit, you will explore a range of digital technologies and pivotal strategic factors shaping the evolution of global business. This encompasses technological advancements such as artificial intelligence, smart technologies, cloud computing and mobile digital platforms. This unit explores the challenges and opportunities presented by digital disruption in the context of global business organisations. Current trends in ESG priorities are discussed as an integral theme of the digital transformation journey, alongside strategies to address cybersecurity concerns in digital businesses. Through a blend of theoretical knowledge, case discussions and practical insights, you will develop a digital mindset and competencies necessary for leading digital transformation in global organisations.
