Overview

In Australia, the recent Banking Royal Commission identified management failures of governance, linked to ethical leadership and board room and management diversity. This integrative unit is designed to develop your ethical and diversity awareness and critical analysis skills in exploring business governance problems that arise in contemporary organisations. You will draw on a range of disciplinary knowledge (business ethics, business law, leadership and diversity and inclusion) to examine business case studies relating to complex governance, including ethical problems and leaders’ responses to these issues.

When you finish this unit, you should be able to:

Workload and teaching
