Overview

This unit examines financial decisions in large organisations. The first decision is the financing choice, i.e. the choice between debt and equity funding and the sources of these funds. Additional financial decisions are dividend policy and working capital management. In this unit we also revisit project selection, by studying merger and acquisition decisions.
