Overview
Today’s business organisations experience financial and non-financial risks in a complex, fast-changing, integrated, and globalised business environment. This unit exposes you to the core concepts, processes, and identification of financial and non-financial risks. This is followed by strategies to assess, evaluate and mitigate these financial and non-financial risks within a business organisation. A risk management framework, governance structures, is expected to be constructed to assist business executives and managers in their daily decision-making and overall organisational strategies. This unit will provide you with the latest practical knowledge and exposure to current issues such as geopolitical risks, tariff multipolar world which affects financial and non-financial risks.
