Overview
This unit considers legal and regulatory perspectives on global environmental challenges, with a particular focus on the role of corporations and business managers. By exploring different models of environmental regulation at the international, national and sub-national scale, as well as associated legal obligations and implications for business, this unit contributes to the diverse vocational skills required to realise more sustainable business models. Through real-life business case studies, students will have the opportunity to engage closely with the regulatory dimensions of a range of current environmental challenges such as climate change, waste management and declining natural resources.

When you finish this unit, you should be able to:
