Synopsis
Cyber Law provides you with knowledge on privacy and intellectual property, electronic contracting, non-repudiation, fair information practices, and other legal and policy measures related to cyber breaches. This Unit explores a broad variety of Malaysian laws that may impact the information technology professionals. It focuses largely on the legal and regulatory impacts of digital technologies and platforms, and on the intended and unexpected effects of regulating digital ecosystems.
