Overview
This unit develops your ability to conceptually design electric urban mobility plans and operations, while assessing how different electric mobility initiatives contribute to green, sustainable cities and help achieve net zero targets. You will evaluate these initiatives based on their performance and key metrics. The unit also explores current challenges in adopting electric vehicles, including factors like charging station locations considering vehicle ranges, the electric grid network, land use, and related issues.
