Building on foundational theories, this unit emphasises applying advanced techniques in career counselling, integrating cultural competence, ethical considerations, and the latest developments in career development theory. You will design and implement sophisticated career development programs tailored to specific stages of professional life and diverse workplace contexts. This unit prepares you to empower clients to navigate significant transitions, respond to evolving workplace demands, and manage career-related stress and crises with nuanced, culturally responsive approaches.
