Synopsis
This unit introduces you to the complexities of ethical leadership and decision making in educational contexts. Grounded in a problem based learning approach, you will work as a community of learners to discuss and analyse real-life moral dilemmas facing educational leaders today. You will learn to recognise when educational leaders are faced with an ethical dilemma and you will develop reasoning and reflective skills to make decisions that are in alignment with your own ethical codes and to apply these to practical situations.
