EDF5628
Synopsis
In this unit you will explore ‘wicked problems’ in leading for social justice. You will deepen your understanding of social justice theories, frameworks, and practices and will reflect upon your own experiences, leadership identity, and how you relate to issues of social justice. You will explore the ways educational settings acknowledge or confront issues of diversity and difference, and how leading with a social justice lens can shape the work of leaders in educational settings. In this unit, you will be supported and challenged as you analyse and address issues of social justice with a view to bringing about positive change in educational settings.
