This unit centres on the complexities of leading learning, specifically focusing on developing equity-oriented and responsive leadership processes and approaches for all students. Topics addressed include commitment to providing equity and excellence in education, ensuring that all students have access to high-quality education, using evidence responsibly, and being accountable for student outcomes. You will have the opportunity to synthesise and apply understandings by researching a leadership for learning issue of interest and propose an equitable response.

Usually, you can expect to engage with:
• 12 hours of scheduled learning delivered on campus via weekly/regular directed learning activities, 12 hours of scheduled learning delivered online via a combination of synchronous and asynchronous directed learning activities and the remaining hours to be allocated towards self-directed/independent study

• 24 hours of scheduled learning delivered online via a combination of synchronous and asynchronous directed learning activities and the remaining hours to be allocated towards self-directed/independent study^
