Educational leadership inquiry

In this capstone unit, you will investigate a leadership topic with great depth through a guided literature review process. You will pose a leadership question of concern and interest and conduct a systematic review of the literature to answer the leadership question. You will learn how to pose a researchable question, synthesise and analyse the current literature, and answer your inquiry question through this synthesis of the literature. You will gain a deeper understanding of your leadership question and improve your analytic thinking and academic writing skills.
