Synopsis
In this unit you will learn the skills required to implement and lead educational technology change in a workplace setting at both the organisational and personnel level. Through engagement with conventional and unconventional theories of adoption, change, transformation and disruption, you will learn how to evaluate technological innovations, understand pedagogical reasoning and to judge the impact of interventions within the workplace.
