Overview
This unit introduces econometric models and methods for analyzing energy and climate data. You will develop an in-depth understanding of how the markets work, how to obtain and interpret data, and how to use statistical analysis to deal with important real-world problems related to the energy and climate.

explore time series, panel data and spatial econometrics models that are relevant for energy and climate data and select appropriate models for a given data set

understand methods for estimating relevant models, and employ statistical packages to apply the models to real world data
