Overview

This unit explores the design principles and content creation processes involved in the development of 3D modelling and Virtual reality (VR) applications. The first part of the unit aims to give students an understanding of 3D modelling by developing skills in 3D model creation for 3D prototyping and 3D visualisation. In the second half of the unit, students will be given the opportunity to apply these skills to explore the interactive functions of VR systems, design and develop assets, and use VR tools platforms to deploy content.
