Core topics include finance and accounting fundamentals, cost-effectiveness and ROI analysis, market access strategies, project management, venture capital, and pathways to product launch. Emphasis is placed on data visualization, storytelling, and ethical considerations in data collection and interpretation, enabling you to create and evaluate sustainable, evidence-based business plans in the global biopharmaceutical arena.
