Overview
This unit introduces the concepts of data management in an organisation through relational database technology, and basics of data structure and algorithms. Theoretical foundation of relational models, analysis and design, and implementation of relational database using SQL will also be covered. In addition, the topics cover usage of data structure (e.g. lists, stacks, queues, trees), design of algorithms, and implementations of searching, sorting, and selection.
