Overview

This unit builds upon the study of Trusts in the LLB (Hons) degree. It explores in depth the theoretical and practical issues concerning trusts law. It provides you with the opportunity to deepen and intensify your comprehension and analysis of contemporary issues and prepares you for professional practice. Where appropriate, the unit has regard to materials from other jurisdictions and adopts a comparative approach. The issues considered may vary, depending on topicality and lecturer/student interest in a given year.
