Synopsis

The different ways in which artificial intelligence continues to disrupt both law and the legal profession are well publicised. In this unit, we take a closer look at the legal, ethical, and political problems of the day that result from continuing developments in AI. Who wins and who loses in the age of artificial intelligence? This will include a look at the future of the legal profession as well as different areas of law that are impacted by the progress of artificial intelligence.
