Overview
Digital technologies raise significant privacy issues. This unit provides an introduction to the concept of privacy and an overview of the key statutory frameworks that are applicable in Australia, with a particular focus on the Australian Privacy Principles in the Commonwealth Privacy Act as they apply to businesses and other non-governmental bodies.

concepts relevant to privacy, digital technology, data and the law.
