Overview
Responding to failures in corporate responsibility and an increasingly dynamic and uncertain environment, stakeholders require new standards for effective organisation governance. With a focus on complex and dynamic settings, this unit integrates lessons from of a broad range of established governance practice and theory, with specific contemporary issues: e.g. financial and non-financial risk, crisis response planning, diverse and inclusive organisational practices, cybersecurity, crisis management, and social licence to operate. The unit provides participants with an opportunity to deepen their learning and build a portfolio of successful projects.

Independent study may include associated readings, assessment and preparation for scheduled activities.
