Overview
It can be argued that the two primary reasons leaders fail are because of failed relationships, or because they fail to continually learn. This unit explores how we understand ourselves as leaders, build psychological safety, motivation and resilience in the face of persistent challenges. You will examine compassionate leadership and how to cultivate it (especially in the face of tension or conflict). You will learn strategies to enhance compassion, frame stressors, improve your own wellbeing and create more caring and compassionate workplaces.
