A key activity in this course is the 3 day “Residential intensive” teaching period. Students work together in teams to design their claims management strategy to suit a particular context, and are provided the opportunity to present their strategy to a panel of industry experts. The residential intensive may be delivered in an online format, however students will get the most benefit out of attending in person.
