Synopsis

Effective executives have strong self-awareness, high levels of emotional intelligence, a commitment to service and a learning orientation. Leadership in Organisations examines the critical and strategic role of leadership in organisations and develops the knowledge and capabilities for effective, responsible and inclusive leadership practice.
