Leadership in organisations

Leadership in Organisations examines the critical and strategic role of leadership in organisations and develops the knowledge and capabilities for effective, responsible and inclusive leadership practice. In this unit, you will develop, evaluate and apply different frameworks and approaches to leadership, with due regard to issues of organisational diversity, communication and change.
