Overview
Every executive makes financial decisions, regardless of their professional background. In this unit, you develop the financial judgement to interpret organisational performance, allocate resources, evaluate investment opportunities and manage risk with confidence in increasingly complex and AI-enabled environments.
Through authentic organisational scenarios, you apply financial accounting, management accounting and corporate finance concepts to real business challenges. You learn to work effectively with financial information and AI-enabled insights to make well-reasoned decisions and communicate recommendations that balance financial, strategic, customer, operational, ethical, sustainability and global perspectives.
