Overview

This unit explores contemporary practice of marketing in light of an increasingly digital and dynamic business environment. Building on foundations in theory and practice of marketing, this unit explores the emerging practice of digital marketing, such as marketing analytics and customer experience mapping. The unit provides participants with an opportunity to deepen their learning and build a portfolio of successful projects. Specifically, participants will work in virtual teams and employ their understanding of digital strategies, data use, design thinking and agile methods to arrive at a set of findings about the current and future state of marketing as practiced in a specified industrial sector.
