Specifically, the unit addresses digital advances within both operations and logistics, integrating the advances in the organisation’s value chain and the broader value system within which it operates. To deepen and extend understanding, the unit introduces a series of forces - technological, social, environmental, economic, and geopolitical – which will shape the practice of supply chain management in the future.
