Overview
This unit explores the principles, processes and practice of project management. It examines the myriad of challenges and opportunities created in trying to balance strategic initiatives and operational realities within organisations. The unit reviews how to plan and manage events of all sizes and complexities. Once you have undertaken this unit, you should be able to select and utilise appropriate project management tools and techniques when planning and managing an event.
