Synopsis
This unit will guide you to critically examine the concept of digital leadership and how it differs from traditional leadership. We will place emphasis on the core competencies of high performing digital leaders that include adaptive leadership, change leadership and inclusive leadership behaviours and practices. With real cases, you will learn the basic concepts, tools, and frameworks of organisational change, change management and leading teams for data-driven digital transformation. Specifically, you will learn how to conduct internal and external analyses, apply strategic thinking to design an integrative change plan and work collaboratively to drive transformation success. Through learning and teaching activities, you will enhance their leadership capabilities.
