You will explore how information systems are employed to drive global competitiveness, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making. Key topics include information systems in global business, eBusiness and collaboration technologies, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and enterprise applications. Minimum total expected workload to achieve the learning outcomes for this unit is 144 hours per semester typically comprising a mixture of scheduled learning activities and independent study. Independent study may include associated readings, assessment and preparation for scheduled activities.
