This unit explores the complex realities of managing across cultures, and making responsible decisions in international contexts. You will learn to develop a global mindset, analyse cross-cultural differences, and apply disciplinary knowledge to managerial decision-making in multinational organisations. Through case studies, teamwork, and reflective tasks, you will build the skills needed to manage effectively and inclusively in diverse, fast-changing international environments.

Minimum total expected workload to achieve the learning outcomes for this unit is 144 hours per semester typically comprising a mixture of scheduled learning activities and independent study. Independent study may include associated readings, assessment and preparation for scheduled activities. Activities are often designed so that there is not one clear answer, but you need to work together to examine, analyse and make decisions to resolve the situation.
