Overview

This unit focuses on the internal and external organisational context in which projects are conceived, evaluated, supported, and delivered. In evaluation of a business case for project initiation, you will critically analyse and apply strategy-related insights in the broad and immediate competitive environment. The unit emphasises engagement with project stakeholders, and the impact organisational structure, culture, politics has on these activities.
