This unit focuses on the planning approach to project management. It will equip you with knowledge and practical skills to apply a range of planning methods, techniques, tools and emerging technologies throughout the project life cycle. You will learn how to develop and critically assess project scope, tasks and resources to meet stakeholder needs in alignment with organisational priorities. Using traditional project management approaches, you will critically assess, adapt and tailor strategies to suit diverse projects and dynamic contexts.
