This unit is the capstone clinical unit for the Master Paramedic Practitioner degree, consolidating your knowledge of paramedic practitioner assessment and management of acute and chronic medical presentations introduced in previous clinical units. This unit focusses on advanced assessment, management, prescribing and referral of patients with complex chronic conditions across the continuum of disease progression. An emphasis will be placed on fostering your interprofessional collaboration, navigating ethical dilemmas, and ensuring culturally competent, person-centred care.
